FUCHS System: Fertigteilwerk zum Anfassen
Stützen, Binder, Wände und einiges mehr an Systembauteilen – wer zuschaut, wie eine neue Gewerbeimmobilie in die Höhe wächst, der sieht, wie die Elemente aus dem FUCHS System nahtlos ineinandergreifen. Kräne heben sie in die gewünschte Position, flinke Fachleute bugsieren sie an Ort und Stelle, der Bau wächst in Windeseile. Hallen, Büros, Sozialräume und Andienbereiche entstehen.
Doch wo kommen die vorproduzierten Teile her?
Benno Schuh und Marcel Mühlhofer, Geschäftsführer bei Käpple Qualitätsleister, stellten diese Frage beim Startschuss zum Bau ihres neuen Firmensitzes in Hilpoltstein. Oswald Hirsch, Geschäftsführer des ausführenden Generalunternehmens FUCHS Systembau, antwortete: „Von unserem Werk gleich ums Eck!“ Das wollten sich die Bauherren persönlich anschauen.
Flugs vereinbarten sie einen Termin bei den FUCHS Fertigteilwerken Süd in Röttenbach. „Durch unsere strategisch günstige Positionierung in Bayern, Baden-Württemberg, Sachsen und Nordrhein-Westfalen sind wir quasi überall nah am Kunden“, beschreibt Marcel Kästner einen der Vorteile der FUCHS Fertigteilwerke. Das spart nicht nur graue Energie, sondern schafft auch einfache Kontaktmöglichkeiten.
Die ist Kästner, der zusammen mit Fabian Wirth die Geschäfte der FUCHS Fertigteilwerke Süd führt, auch enorm wichtig. Darum empfing er die Bauherren aus Hilpoltstein gern persönlich und zeigte ihnen zunächst, wo ihre bereits vorproduzierten Stützen und Wände auf den Transport auf die Baustelle warteten. Die Gäste hatten sichtlich Freude daran, auf der großen Außenlagerfläche im Ladebereich der beiden Portalkräne ihre Systembauteile zu inspizieren.
Regional. Partnerschaftlich. Nachhaltig.
Noch interessanter empfanden sie die ausgeklügelte Produktionstechnik, mit der aus Stahl und Beton in sorgsam gefertigten Schalungen Stützen, Binder, Wände, Unterzüge und vieles mehr entstehen. Kästner demonstrierte auch die modernen Maßnahmen zur Rückgewinnung von Zuschlägen und von Prozesswasser aus Betonresten. Auch der feine Zementkuchen aus der Kammerfilterpresse findet im Wegebau eine sinnvolle Verwendung.
Eines Sinns waren Bauherren und Fertigteilwerks-Geschäftsführer auch beim Thema Energieversorgung. Mit Hackschnitzeln aus der eigenen Restholzverarbeitung und ab Frühjahr 2023 einer großen PV-Anlage setzt Röttenbach auf viel Eigenproduktion und weitgehende Unabhängigkeit. „Wir bei Käpple haben in unserem Neubau gar keine Anschlüsse und Infrastruktur mehr für fossile Energieträger“, so Benno Schuh.
Die Firmenfamilie FUCHS mit Fertigteilwerk und Generalunternehmen passe hervorragend in die Käpple-Philosophie der regionalen und partnerschaftlichen Wertschöpfung. Natürlich ermöglichte Kästner den FUCHS-Kunden gerne, die Auslieferung der Bauteile per Video zu begleiten.

Vertragsunterzeichnung Fuchs
Regionalität und folglich auch Nachhaltigkeit sind zwei unserer größten Eckpfeiler unserer Firmenphilosophie. Deshalb war es für uns umso wichtiger einen regionalen Partner auch hinsichtlich unseres Neubaus an der Seite zu haben. Am 01.08.2022 haben wir uns daher für die FUCHS Fertigteilwerke GmbH entschieden.

Spatenstich zum neuen Firmensitz
01.07.2022 – Wir setzen den Spatenstich zu unserem neuen Hauptsitz in Hilpoltstein. Auf 14.000 Quadratmetern und mit unseren Team von rund 200 Mitarbeitern entsteht unser neuer Sitz in der Edisonstraße in Hilpoltstein. Unser neuer Hauptsitz umfasst 81.000 Quadratmeter umbauten Raum mit 11.000 Palettenstellplätzen und bietet daher den lang ersehnten Raum für weitere Expansionsschritte.

Umfirmierung und Nachfolgeregelung
Zum 01.06.2022 haben wir die Umfirmierung von Käpple Qualitätsleister e.K. zu Käpple Qualitätsleister GmbH & Co. KG inklusive einer Nachfolgeregelung durchgeführt. Dabei tritt Marcel Mühlhofer, mit seiner gesamten Fachkompetenz, in die Geschäftsführung ein. Diese Ergänzung ist hierbei ein wichtiger und richtiger Schritt in unsere Zukunft.

Käpple übernimmt Co-Check INDUSTRIE SERVICE
Zum 01.01.2021 haben wir die co-check INDUSTRIE SERVICE übernommen. Das heißt, dass wir neben dem Standort in Fürth ebenso unser bestehendes Netzwerk signifikant erweitern und dadurch in neue Märkte vorstoßen können. Besonders hervorzuheben ist hierbei unser neuer Standort, der im Herzen der Metropolregion liegt und uns eine noch größere Kundennähe verspricht. Wir freuen uns auf die kommenden Herausforderungen gemeinsam mit unserem Expertenteam. Wir streben an unseren Partnern und Kunden die bestmögliche Dienstleistung bieten zu können. Diese Ergänzung ist hierbei ein wichtiger und richtiger Schritt in unsere Zukunft.

Together with the marketing agency Claudius Bähr + Friends: https://www.cb-friends.de/ we redefined the Käpple brand in August 2020.
The company name Käpple Qualitätsleister e.K. continues to exist, however the external appearance was completely changed & turned on the head. Next to the tagline: Käpple Perfect to Use also the Internet appearance, Social Media channels & advertising materials were updated.

Research partner "DLR" Rob Academy - Thanks to AI, robots learn how to assemble
Since February 2020, Käpple has officially been a research partner in the consortium team for: Joint project Rob-aKademI - Generation of robust control algorithms for robots from physics simulation using methods of artificial intelligence for highly flexible, multi-variant assembly
The goal of the research project is to support workers in monotonous tasks. Robots offer advantages such as taking over non-ergonomic, dangerous or monotonous tasks and consistent quality in task execution. Moreover, they can be a decisive competitive factor, especially in high-wage countries such as Germany. Thanks to numerous automation potential analyses that the Fraunhofer IPA has already carried out worldwide, the researchers know the exact requirements of the companies and bring this expertise to the project.
Herewith Käpple closes the gap between our flexibility & the implementation of the latest technologies to position ourselves on the market in the long run.

Expansion at OEM's
Extension of our access rights for complaint handling directly at the OEM's on-site.
We are there when you need us. Our flexibility enables us to set up a mobile test center at your customers' premises in the shortest possible time. Thus we ensure the supply at your customer's site & handle the complaint in your name.
Commissioning of our photovoltaic system
In January 2020 our 99 KwP PV system was connected. Since then we have been producing exclusively green electricity.
Exceeding the 100+ employee limit

Bag packaging machine
On 27.09.2019 our bag packaging machine was delivered and installed. The contract filling is a further mainstay of the company Käpple Qualitätsleister. The possibility to pack small parts and set packaging more efficiently (and with recycling materials more environmentally conscious) will enable us to offer our customers a continuously improved service portfolio in the future.

Development of an ESD area & expansion of the production areas
In order to offer our customers further added value, we have converted part of our production areas to ESD-compliant workstations. In order to have the same or even larger capacities we have built an additional 300m² gallery in our production halls.

On Thursday 17.08.2017 we passed our certification according to ISO 9001:2015.
This means that we can continue to offer you the quality standards you have come to expect from us.

Since October 01, 2016 we have found our new home in Allersberg.
Thereby we increase our production and storage areas from 1.200qm to approx. 2.400qm. In the storage area alone, we are increasing our storage capacity from 200 europallets to date, to over 1,000 europallets.
